In cPanel, AWStats allows you to view GUI statistics of Web, Ftp and Mail server. If you have access to the cPanel, you can locate the AWStats file at the location /home/ACCOUNT/tmp/awstats. These files will be in .txt and name like awstats012021.demovpstest.com.txt. It is an AWStats file with the first month of the year 2021. All the .txt files are past month files. You will see the .conf file, and they are the current stat files.

If you have migrated your cPanel account using cPanel transfer tool, all the stats will be imported. Following steps requires if you have uploaded your files into the cPanel manually.

  1. At first, we will download the files for the AWStats that you required into your local machine. For the past month file download the .txt file and for the current stat download the .conf file.

  2. Upload the files to your current host  /home/ACCOUNT/tmp/awstats directory.

  3. Ensure that you have enabled the AWStats for your domain in cPanel.

  4. Now, you can view your website statistics from cPanel >> AWStats.
