You can change the FTP password from cPanel using the following steps:

Step 1: Log in to cPanel.

Step 2: Go to the 'FTP Accounts' in the 'File' section.

Step 3: Scroll down and look for your user. Select 'Change password' to change the password.

Step 4: Once you click on Change Password, it will ask you for a new password. Supply the new strong password two times (password and confirm password). Click the 'Change' button.
