You can download the compressed MySQL database backup from cPanel. You will need to perform the following steps to download MySQL database backup from cPanel:
1. Log in to your cPanel.
2. Click on the Backup icon.
4. Under the Download a MySQL Database Backup section, click on your database name to download the backup.
It is recommended that you verify the backup file. While downloading the MySQL database backup, if your Internet connection is interrupted, you will need to download the backup again.
