how to start/stop application pool from solidcp?

You can manage the application pool of IIS for your website from SolidCP. Please refer to the following steps for how to start/stop the IIS application pool in SolidCP.

Login to your SolidCP.
Click on the user inside, you have hosted the website.
Click on the websites and select the website you want to start/stop the application pool.
At the left of your screen, you can find a button to stop your website. If the website is in stopped status, you will find a button to start it.
