We can set a temporary URL on cPanel. It helps to check and verify your website is working properly before you point the domain to cPanel. 

Step 1: Log in to your WHM Panel. 

Step 2: Go to the Security Center >> Apache mod_userdir Tweak.

Step 3: Check the Enable mod_userdir Protection and click the Save button to enable the temporary URL on cPanel.
