Please refer to the following steps to enable SSH access for the existing cPanel account.
- Login to WHM Panel.
- Click on List Accounts and you will navigate to the below page which contains the number of accounts that you have created.
- Click on the + button which is on the left side of the user name, you’ll see the below screen.
- Click on the Modify Account button and it will allow you to modify your account. Scroll down the page, you’ll see the privileges section. There is an option of Shell Access. Simply click on the checkbox and save it.
