This tutorial aims to provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to reset your phpMyAdmin password. It is presumed that you currently possess a functional phpMyAdmin password.

Step 1: Log in to phpMyAdmin. Please refer to how to connect MySQL DB from phpMyAdmin for more details.

Step 2: Click on Change Password to open up a screen for Change Password.

Step 3: Enter the password you want to set in the Password field. Re-enter the same password you entered in the Password field in the Re-type field. Then, click on the Go button to initiate the password change process.

Step 4: Upon clicking the Go button, the password will be successfully updated.
