How to create a new email account in SmarterMail?

If you are using any control panel (WebsitePanel, Plesk) configured on your Windows VPS, we recommend you to create an email account from the Control Panel instead of the SmarterMail Interface directly.

In case if you are managing SmarterMail directly through its interface then perform the below mentioned steps to create an email account for your domain:

  1. Login to SmarterMail with the Domain Administrator user.

  2. Go to Settings  >> Domain Settings  >> Users.

  3. Click on New to add a new email user.

  4. Fill out the details of the email account.

  5. Click on Save.
