How to increase the maximum attachment size in SmarterMail?

By default, SmarterMail email accounts have a message size limit of 10MB. However, it's important to consider that when a message is sent, mail servers automatically MIME encode the message, which increases its size by approximately 35-40%. To allow users to send 20MB messages, it is recommended to set the maximum message size to 25MB.

Consider the recipient's storage and ISP data usage when sending large attachments, use alternatives like FTP or file-sharing services to bypass attachment limits and enhance the experience for both parties.
