Resolution

At first, we will find the rule that is blocking the website. You can find it from the Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application (). Once you get the rule ID, please refer to the following steps.

  1. Login to the Plesk Panel.

  2. Go to the path Tools & Settings > Web Application Firewall (ModSecurity) > General.

  3. Enter the rule ID to the Security rule IDs box and click on OK button. In case, you don't want to use the web application firewall, you can simply tick off the radio button and click on the ok button.
