Email Deliverability is a useful cPanel feature to prevent your emails from being marked as spam or blocked.

You can simply manage your SPF, DKIM and PTR Records within this feature. As we know, SPF validates your emails to the receiver's mail servers. DKIM uses the domain keys to authorize your emails.

Once you add SPF and DKIM Records for your Domains, it will prevent the email from being delivered to the recipient's spam folder as well.

The following are the steps to access Email Deliverability on cPanel.

Step 1: Log in to your cPanel account.

Step 2: Go to the Email section and click on the Email Deliverability Icon.

Step 3: Email Deliverability Status will show you whether your existing SPF and DKIM are valid or not. If it shows the Problem exists, you can click on the manage button and correct the records.

Step 4: Once you click on Manage Button, it will take you to another page. Here, you can add the SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and PTR records by clicking on the Install Suggested Record button and copying them to your DNS.
