User can configure your email accounts of cPanel in a local email client like Outlook, Thunderbird and other email clients. If you configure cPanel emails in a local email clients, you don't need to login to cPanel to check your emails and it can be managed directly from your local system.

You need to have settings for the IMAP and POP3.Port,Email account name etc to configure local email client. Following are the steps from where you can find these details in cPanel to configure email accounts.

  1. Login to your cPanel account.

  2. Click on Email Accounts.

  1. Search the email account which settings you are looking for and click on Connect Devices

          You can choose the required settings and use it to configure the email account in local email client.
