Users can configure their email accounts in cPanel in a local email client like Outlook, Thunderbird, and other email clients.

If you configure cPanel emails in a local email client, you don't need to log in to cPanel to check your emails, and they can be managed directly from your local system.

You need to have settings for IMAP and POP3. Port, Email account name, etc, to configure local email client.
