Step 1: Log in to Plesk Control Panel.
Step 2: Locate the domain name for which you want to reset an email account password and click on the Email addresses.
Navigate to Website and domains >> Mail >> Mail Accounts.
Step 3: Once you click on the Email addresses, you can see all the email accounts that you have created.
Step 4: Click on the email account for which you want to reset the password. Once you click on the email account, you will get the following window. Enter the password that you want to set for your email account and click on the Save button.
You can use the Generate button to generate a random password. You can click on the show button to see the password.
Please save the password in a safe place before using it.
Step 5: By clicking on the Ok button, the password will be changed, and you will get a successful message at the top of the screen.
