How to check disk usage of email accounts in SmarterMail?

Disk usage report of individual accounts will help you to identify those users who are using the most disk space of a mail domain. You can follow the below mentioned steps to check the disk usage of individual accounts. To access disk usage reports, you will need to login to webmail with domain administrator account.

Please note that, following tutorial is only applicable for the domain administrators (Windows Shared Hosting customers). Windows VPS customers should refer to this article to check disk usage of mail domain and individual accounts.

  1. Login to SmarterMail web interface as domain administrator
  2. From left menu pane, click on the Reports icon.

  3. At Reports page, expand Domain Summary Reports and select Traffic Reports. Under Traffic Reports page, select Disk Usage. Here you would see list of all email accounts along with disk space usage.
