Problem Statement


SmarterMail is automatically adding red colored text in email message when we reply or forward the emails.


Solution


Following are the steps to resolve this issue.

  1. Open SmarterMail interface.
  2. Click on Settings, Select Account Settings.
  3. Go to Compose tab.
  4. There you will find Reply Header Type, Make it Basic from Full.
  5. On top you will find Save click on it.
