Please follow the below mentioned steps to clear the spool of a SmarterMail server.
- Login to SmarterMail as admin.
- Open Manage Tab.
- Now from Spool click on All Messages option.
- You will see list of mails which are in spool.
- Select particular mails which you want to remove.
- Click on Delete button to remove those mails.
Note: All the emails enter in spool and leave the spool very quickly that they will not display in the spool. The emails which are displayed in the spool may be large, have many recipients, or are having trouble being sent to their final destination.
