Following are the steps to check/monitor email traffic from SmarterMail admin login:
- Login to SmarterMail using Admin user.
- Go to Report → System Summary Reports → Traffic Reports → Message Traffic.
- Here you will see the number of messages that are being sent and received by all domains on your server.
- Rank - Rank of user or domain listed within the report.
- Domain/User - Specific user/domain name.
- Incoming Messages - Total number of messages received on your account.
- Outgoing Messages - Total number of messages sent from your account.
- Incoming Spam Messages - Total number of Spam messages received on your account.
- Outgoing Spam Messages - Total number of Spam messages sent from your account.
Note: It is recommended to use email validation software before starting an email campaign to reduce bouncebacks.
