All you have to do is to take a full backup of your database on your local machine and place a copy of .bak file outside the wwwroot folder using FTP details provided to you. Once you do it, we will restore it for you.

If a database is imported, then it will lose all Primary Keys, Stored Procedures, and Constraints. However, if you restore a database then everything will be preserved.
