A Support PIN (personal identification number) is a unique number that is used to verify you as the owner of the account or the authorized user. You may need this pin for validation when you contact our team for assistance.
You can quickly get a support pin from your client area. Here's how to get one.
1) Log in to the client area using your username and password.

2) Next, click on "Services,".

3) Listed here are all your services.

4) Next, search for the product you've requested support for and click on the refresh icon to reset the support PIN.

5) Once you click on that icon, it will take a few moments to reset the support pin. Once your pin resets, you will get the message.

6) Here you'll find your support pin.
