The Gray padlock with the Orange sign means the website is partially encrypted with HTTPS. The website uses HTTPS, but some contents come from an HTTP. The second reason is the SSL certificate authority is not trusted.
To resolve the issue client will have to check all URLs in the website coding and SSL certificate authority.
