AutoSSL (cPanel, Comodo issued) certificate is valid for 90 days and renewed automatically in cPanel. Paid SSL Certificate minimum valid for 1 year. 
Free SSL Certificate doesn't provide the site seal to get the trust of your website users. Paid SSL Certificate provides a secured site seal for their SSL certificates. It helps you to get the trust of your website users.
Auto SSL does not provide any support. Most of the Paid SSL Certificates provide customer support, including sales, technical, and installation.
It doesn't provide Organisation Validation (OV) and Extended Validation (EV). Paid SSL does provide Organisation Validation (OV) and Extended Validation (EV).
