Existing Windows Shared Hosting Customers
We offer Windows Shared Hosting plans on an IIS web server, while the WordPress Hosting plans are set up on a cPanel-based server (with LiteSpeed Web Server).
Hence, a direct switch between these two plans is not possible.
However, you can place a new order for the Managed WordPress Hosting plan and migrate your WordPress websites.
Once you migrate the plan, browse your WordPress website through a temporary URL; when you find everything is working fine, you can change the nameservers to the WordPress Hosting server. Additionally, we provide PHP 5.6.25 in Windows Shared Hosting and support all major PHP 5.X versions (PHP 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6) in WordPress Hosting.
If required, you can easily switch between these PHP versions through cPanel.
Existing Linux Shared Hosting Customers
Linux Shared Hosting customers can easily switch to Managed WordPress Hosting.
First, you must submit the support ticket from your client area to change the hosting.
Upon receiving your request, we will generate a differential invoice. Once you make the payment, your existing WordPress websites will be covered under the WordPress-managed services.
To install a new WordPress setup, you can contact our support team.
