This error is common because FTP service of our shared server is bound with server's Self-Signed certificate. Hence, when you use your domain name as FTP Hostname in FileZilla (or any other FTP client software), it will show you a message stating that the server name is different than the entered hostname. It is just a warning message so you can simply accept the certificate and proceed ahead.
