Spam filtering applications such as spam expert help you to identify emails as spam and not spam. However, you need to manually add which emails need to identify as spam and identify as not spam in some cases. You can do this from a spam expert feature named Train Spam. Please refer to the below steps to identify specific emails as spam or not spam.

If you have emails that are not being reported as spam or legit emails reporting as spam, take a copy of the email in .eml, .msg, or in .txt format and download it. After that, please refer to the following steps.

  1. Login to the Spam Experts accounts dashboard.

  2. Inside the Incoming section, click on the Train messages.

  3. If you want to train the spam expert to consider the same email as the legitimate, upload the same email by clicking on the browse button and tick on the legitimate message radio button. Finally, click on the continue button.

If you want to train the spam expert to consider the same email as the spam, upload the same email by clicking on the browse button and tick on the legitimate message radio button. Finally, click on the continue button.

Once you upload the file, you will get a confirmation message that it is uploaded successfully. Now, you have trained the spam experts on which email to consider as spam and which to as not spam.
