Free migration service is available if the client has cPanel at both the source and destination end. Free migration of cPanel account is not eligible if the data is exceeded more than 5 GB of data.

If the client wants to migrate a cPanel account that contains more than 5 GB of data, it will be a paid migration. The client requires to share the below cPanel details in a support ticket or send us an email to [email protected] to verify if the migration is possible or not.

  • cPanel URL
  • cPanel Username
  • cPanel Password
