I am looking for Windows VPS to host Quickbook Enterprise Instances. Do you offer such services? What would you recommend?
Yes, you can host Quickbook Enterprise instances on our Windows VPS plans. Based on the QuickBook Enterprise requirements, we recommend Classic VPS Pearl with Windows 2008 R2 OS for 2 to 3 users and Classic VPS Diamond for 4 to 8 users. For highly database driven applications and excellent performance, we can suggest you our SSD VPS plans.

If you are not sure with the number of users, you can also start with basic VPS plan and upgrade it later. Upgrading a Windows VPS would just require a single reboot.
Can I signup with Windows VPS and migrate to a dedicated server when required?
There is no automated way to transfer the Windows virtual machine to a dedicated hardware. Though you can always transfer your application and it's data to the dedicated server manually.
I am concerned about oversold servers. Can you tell me how much your HyperVisors are condensed?
We do not oversell our HyperVisors. Additionally, all our Windows VPS plans are powered by Microsoft HyperV technology that provides true virtualization. Each VPS has its own set of resources (RAM, HDD, vCPU and Bandwidth) so each VM will be restricted under it's resource limit.
Is your staff available to help on 24/7/365 basis?
Yes, you can contact our support team whenever you need assistance. Our email and chat support staff is available on 24x7x365 basis. With Classic Windows VPS plans, we offer basic support only. However, you can purchase our managed VPS services.
Do you offer customized VPS plans? For example, I only need more diskspace but don’t otherwise need additional IP/bandwidth/RAM etc. Is there a way to just upgrade on what I need?
All VPS base plans (listed on our plan page) are not customizable. However, you can customize base VPS plan your way by adding addons. For example, if you need more storage, you can purchase additional disk space to your VPS anytime. Similarly, you can add other VPS resources such as RAM, vCPU, Bandwidth etc according to your requirement. You can check addon prices at bottom of the plan page.

How many Remote Desktop users can connect to Windows VPS simultaneously?
By default, 2 Remote Desktop users can connect to Windows VPS at a time. If you need more than 2 Remote Desktop connections, you can purchase additional CALs. It will cost you $25/month for 5 additional Remote Desktop connections.
Is addon (RAM/vCPU/Bandwidth/Diskspace) provision instant?
Addon provision will require a reboot and few minutes of downtime.
