Yes, you can purchase additional Device CALs for your Windows VPS. It will cost you $40/month for additional 5 CALs. 

Please note that you will have to purchase a minimum of 5 CALs. For additional CALs, you need to submit the support ticket from the Helpdesk. CALs are available at the Denver location only.
