For fully managed clients, we provide operating system reinstallation free of cost. But, for self-managed clients, Operating System Reinstallation will cost $30/Incident.

For both fully-managed and self-managed VPS services, the client is responsible for securing back-up and uploading the data on VPS after reinstallation. The client will have to make the configuration changes required after reinstallation.
