Perform the following steps to create the MySQL database from the DirectAdmin control panel:
1. Log in to the DirectAdmin control panel [It should be accessible from http://IP_ADDRESS:2222].
2. Click on the MySQL Management link.
3. Click on Create New Database.
4. Provide the following details:
- Database Name
- Database Username
- Password of that user
- Re-type Password
5. Click on Create button to create MySQL Database on your server through DirectAdmin Hosting Control Panel.
