Standard Delivery of VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting service:
When we receive a new order for a Virtual Private Server with a Standard delivery option, the first step will be verifying the customer's identity if the customer is placing the first order at AccuWeb Hosting. To verify your identity, you should complete the following:
- Your Phone Number verification.
- Your Email Address Verification.
- Our customer service team does customer identity verification.
If you are an existing customer, your phone number, email address and customer identity are already verified in our system. So, for existing customers, all the above steps are not required.
Once the verification process is completed, your order will be delivered within 24 hours with the standard delivery option.
Priority Delivery of VPS (Virtual Private Server) hosting service:
Many customers want their services delivered quickly. We offer a Priority Delivery option for them.
When we receive a new order for a Virtual Private Server with a Standard delivery option, the first step will be verifying the customer's identity if the customer is placing the first order at AccuWeb Hosting. To verify your identity, you should complete the following:
- Your Phone Number verification.
- Your Email Address Verification.
- Customer identity verification is done by our customer service team.
If you are an existing customer, your phone number, email address and customer identity are already verified in our system. So, for existing customers, all the above steps are not required.
Once the priority delivery options order is verified, it is processed in less than 4 hours.
Delivery time difference: While Standard delivery orders are delivered in less than 24 hours, priority delivery orders are completed in less than 4 hours.
