Do you provide Runescape pre-istalled with Windows VPS?
No. We do not provide Windows VPS with pre-installed Runescape game.
I will need 443, 43594 and 43595 ports opened. Do you block these ports?
No. We do not block 443, 43594 and 43595 ports. We block following ports network wide.
- Port 23 (Telnet)
- Port 68 (DHCP)
- Ports 135 to 139 and 445 (NetBIOS)
- Port 389 (LDAP)
- Port 497 (Backup software)
- Port 1025 (MS Scheduled Task Endpoint)
- Port 1433 and 1434 (SQL Server)
Do you offer Windows VPS with inbuilt DDoS protection?
No. We do not provide Windows VPS with pre-installed DDoS protection. However, our main HyperVisors are equipped against DDoS attacks.
Do you offer any pre-installed firewall in Windows VPS?
Yes. We provide default Windows Firewall pre-installed in Windows VPS. If you wish you can also install any third party firewalls at your end.
What operating system do you offer in Windows VPS?
We offer Windows VPS with Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Edition and Windows Server 2016.
Do you offer any monitoring tools for Game Server?
With self managed Windows VPS plans (Classic plan), we do not offer any monitoring services. If you wish, you can set alerts with FREE monitoring tools like Zabbix. You can also purchase Fully Managed VPS services at $12.96/Month.
What are VPS upgrade options?
You can upgrade your VPS at any point of time. To upgrade your VPS, we just need to take your VPS offline for a few minutes. You can also schedule the upgrade process at your convenient time.
How many accounts/bots can be run on 2 GB VPS?
With Small Business Pearl plan (2 GB VPS), you can run 1 bot without experiencing lag. When you wish to add more account, you can upgrade your VPS within few minutes.
Note - We do not provide Game Server Hosting in our Indian Datacenter.
