Cancel 2Checkout Subscription
To cancel/stop a 2CheckOut Recurring payment on your Credit Card, you will need to contact our Billing Department with your subscription ID as this will need to be done on our end.
Cancel PayPal Subscription
To cancel a PayPal Recurring payment, follow these steps.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click My Profile near the top of the page and then select My money.
- Find My Pre-approved Payments and click on Update button.
- Find the merchant whose recurring payment you want to cancel and click on Cancel button. You may find the cancel button under the merchant name. Click on Yes when you receive cancel confirmation.
- Log out and PayPal will send you a confirmation email.
