Cancel 2 Checkout Subscription
To cancel/stop a 2CheckOut Recurring payment on your Credit Card, you will need to contact our Billing Department >with your subscription ID as this will need to be done on our end.
Cancel PayPal Subscription
To cancel a PayPal Recurring payment, follow these steps.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click My Profile near the top of the page and then select My money.
- Find My Pre-approved Payments and click on the Update button.
- Find the merchant whose recurring payment you want to cancel and click on the Cancel button. You may find the cancel button under the merchant's name. Click on Yes> when you receive cancel confirmation.
- Log out and PayPal will send you a confirmation email.
