We do not offer any pre-installed antivirus software or DDoS protection in dedicated servers. If you wish to install antivirus software in your server, you can contact our technical support team.
On a Windows Dedicated server, we will install ClamWin antivirus at no additional cost, and the default Microsoft Windows Firewall will be pre-installed. On a cPanel/WHM Dedicated server, we can install Maldet or ClamAV antivirus and CSF firewall for free.
DDoS Protection
You can purchase DDoS protection for your dedicated server as an add-on service. It can mitigate DDoS attacks up to 20GB. To get more details about DDoS protection, you can submit a ticket from the client area.
Backup
With a dedicated server, we do not offer any backup services except in some locations. Hence, you’ll need to manage the backup of your dedicated server at your end. Alternatively, you can also purchase CDP backup services as an add-on service.
