This article will assist you to change Registrant, Administrative, Billing
and Technical contact details from DirectI Domain Control Panel. Please note that DirectI is one of the channel registrars of AccuWeb Hosting.
- Login to DirectI Domain Control Panel.
- At control panel home page, in upper right hand side corner, click on your user name. Click on My Account Link.
- Under Manage Orders Menu, click on List/Search Orders link.
- Click on your Domain name.
- Click on Contact Details link. This will open Manage Contact Details page.
- At this page, you would see Registrant, Administrative, Billing and Technical contact details options. Click on the contact detail you wish to change, enter your desired details and click on Save Contact Details Button. If you want to keep same contact details for Administrative, Billing and Technical contact options check the Use Same Contact check box. If you wish to change contact details for all domains under your account, check the checkbox Update all Domain Names currently using this contact.
