This article will assist you to reset the DirectI domain Control Panel password. Please note that DirectI is one of the channel registrars of AccuWebHosting. The following steps are only applicable to customers whose domains are registered under our channel registrar DirectI.
2. In the top right corner of the control panel home page, click on your username. Click on the My Account link.
3. On the top right corner of the next screen, click on the user icon. From the drop-down, select the Manage Profile link.
4. On the Edit Profile page, under the Security section, click on the Change Password link.
5. In the Change your Password window, enter the current password, enter the new password twice and click on the Change Password button.
