Unfortunately, we do not offer Windows VPS downgrades due to limitations in MS Hyper-V virtualization software. The VHD (Virtual Hard Disk) cannot be shrunk in Hyper-V-based virtual machines.
For example, if you initially purchased the Classic VPS Diamond Plan with 100 GB disk space and later wish to downgrade to the Classic VPS Pearl Plan with 60 GB disk space, the VPS disk space cannot be reduced from 100 GB to 60 GB.
