Unfortunately, we cannot offer a one-time bill for Dedicated server OS licensing as all our operating system licenses are provided through our data center. Microsoft offers special SPLA licensing for web hosting and data center providers, which incurs a monthly licensing fee. While less than 1% of data center providers offer one-time Operating System charges, it's more common to see monthly licensing for operating systems, SQL servers, etc., with most web hosting companies.
