I cannot access my website using the domain name. Why?

If you have recently ordered for a hosting account along with a new domain name registration, it will take 24 to 48 hours for the domain name to propagate across the globe. Once the domain has been propagated, you will be able to access your website using domain name.

If you already have a registered domain name, you need to change the nameservers of your domain in order to point it to our server. You can change the nameservers by contacting the current registrar of your domain name.
