How to take a backup of MySQL database from HELM control panel?

  1. Login to your Helm Control Panel.

  2. Click on Domains.

    Go to Domains Under a User

  3. From Domains screen, click a domain for which you need to take database backup.

    Select a Domain for which You Need MySQL DB Backup

  4. Select Database Manager option.

  5. From Databases screen, select database name for which you need to take backup.

  6. Click on Click Here to Access phpMyAdmin link as displayed in following image:

  7. You will be redirected to phpMyAdmin.

  8. Enter database username and password to open your database.

    Provide Database Credentials to Login

  9. Select Export option as displayed in following image:

  10. Configure following options:

    • Select Database names which you want to backup.
    • Select Database backup format.
    • Configure necessary options.
    • Click on Go button to download backup of your database.
