SPF stands for Sender Policy Framework. It is an email authentication technique that prevents spammers from sending messages on behalf of your domain.
It defines IP addresses or hostnames authorized to send an email from a specific domain.
When we send an email to the recipient, the recipient server looks up the SPF record in the DNS and checks to determine if the email comes from an authorized IP address or hostname.
Here, we are assuming the domain names are demovpstest.com and accuwebtraining.com.
