If a domain is using CloudFlare DNS, can you purchase SSL from AccuWeb and install it on the domain?

Yes, If a domain uses Cloudflare DNS, you can purchase an SSL Certificate from AccuWeb and install it on the domain. For that, you need to select Full SSL mode from the Cloudflare account.

Below are the type of SSL modes.

There are two modes of SSL operation in Cloudflare.

Flexible SSL: It encrypts traffic from Cloudflare to end-users of your website but not from Cloudflare to your origin server. It is the easiest way to enable the secure connection because it doesn't require installing an SSL Certificate on the origin server.

Full SSL: It encrypts traffic from end-users to Cloudflare and from Cloudflare to your origin server. It requires an SSL Certificate on your origin server.

- There are three options for SSL Certificates to install on the server in the Full SSL mode. One is issued by a Certificate Authority (Strict), one issued by Cloudflare (Origin CA), or a self-signed certificate.
