We have developed the FormMail script for our Windows shared hosting customers. This script can be used to implement feedback form functionality on your website. Follow the below instructions to set up the FormMail script.
- Download Feedback-form.txt (Feedback Form Demo) and Formmail.txt (Formmail.asp Script ) files.
- Rename the feedback-form.txt file with feedback-form.html and formmail.txt file with FormMail.asp. You can also rename these files with your desired name keeping the same file extensions.
- Necessary instructions to setup a feedback form are given in the form of content under comments. You can follow these instructions to customize the script and replace the actual data with demo content.
- Once necessary changes are done save the files.
- Upload both these files in the same folder of your hosting space.
- Access the feedback form page through URL and test an email functionality.
Note: It is recommended to use a double opt-in list or clean your email list before sending an email campaign.
