What are the Alternative SMTP ports I can use?

Windows Shared Hosting


Windows Shared Hosting customers can use SMTP ports 25 and 587 for non secure SMTP transmission and port 465 for secure SMTP transmission.


Linux Shared Hosting


Linux Shared Hosting customers can use SMTP port 25 and 26 for non secure SMTP transmission and port 465 for secure SMTP transmission.


Windows & Linux VPS Hosting


In default Windows VPS configuration, SMTP ports 25 and 587 will be opened. In Linux VPS (without firewall), all ports would be opened by default. If you have chosen to install firewall in Linux VPS, SMTP ports 25 and 26 will be opened.
