Dear valued client,

Our datacenter technicians have recently seen a number of minor isolated issues with "dist2" switch, which is the primary distribution switch for their entire network. After working with Juniper to diagnose the issue, they believe that there is an issue with the packet forwarding engine.

In order to resolve the issue, they will need to undertake a network maintenance to upgrade dist2 to the currenct JTAC recommended JunOS and will perform other deferred network maintenance items. Hence an emergency network maintenance is scheduled at below mentioned date and time:

Maintenance Date / Time:
Thursday, January 1, 2015 :: 9:00PM MST – 1:00AM MST

Maintenance Impact and ETA:

 During the maintenance window, customers will see multiple periods of packet loss, latency while our datacenter technicians isolate “dist2”, upgrade it, re-integrate it with the network topology and perform other deferred maintenance tasks. In the event of unexpected issues, there may be a couple periods of significantly degraded network connectivity on the order of 5-10 minutes.

They will of course take all reasonable measures to mitigate any disruption towards your services, but this maintenance window is of critical importance.

If you have any enquiries regarding this maintenance, feel free to write an  email to [email protected] or directly initiate a chat request accessible at our website's home page  on  24 X 7 basis (click "Live Support").

We thank you for your co-operation.
