Quick Update:

Our network does seem stable now for the past 60-90 minutes or so.  However, we are still troubleshooting any issues that may still exist.  We will continue to update you if required.  We thank you for your patience.

Quick Update:

Today (2/28/14), in the morning hours (EST), our data center vendor experienced what seems to be a network related issue. Consequently, our infrastructure was affected leaving our customers with (sporadic) downtime. As of approximately 11:30AM EST the network normalized and most, if not all, of our customers were back online.

Our DC is currently deployed in addressing any existing issues. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding and will certainly post any pertinent updates.
