This maintenance has been completed and all VMs are now up and running.

Dear valued customers,
This morning we have been notified that our AccuHyperV18 server is experiencing a significant amount of CRC errors and device-offline issues with disk. Due to this, a decision was made to manually off-line the disk and replace before any further errors continued to occur.
During this maintanance your VPS will experience a downtime. Unfortunately, looking to the complexity of this issue we are unable to provide you any exact ETA for this. However, all our senior technicians are on top of it and as soon as we overcome this issue your services will be restored soon.
Note: This will affect to your VPS if your VPS hostname starts with HV18 or SE18.
