How to check error logs from WebsitePanel?

While performing tasks in WebsitePanel, you may face errors. You can check audit logs to find the root cause.


Following are the steps to check audit log:

  1. Login to the WebsitePanel.

  2. Click on Audit Log option from the left pane.

  3. Select Error option from the Severity combo box.

  4. Select appropriate Source of error like DNS, WebsitePanel, FTP, etc. from Source combo box.

  5. Select appropriate Task in which you are receiving the error message.

  6. Click on Display Records button.
