If you have forgotten your shared hosting account password on SolidCP, you can't reset it at your end. You will need to contact us via a support ticket so we will do it and provide the new password in a support ticket. Please refer to how to submit a support ticket.
Please refer to the following steps to change the password of a shared account hosted on SolidCP.
- Login to your SolidCP account with the current password.
- Click on the Change password button.
- Enter your new password and click on the change password button. Now you can login with your new password.
