How to install Jetbackup on CentOS/RHEL 7 with cPanel?

Please refer to the following steps to install Jetbackup on CentOS/RHEL with cPanel.

  1. Purchase your Jetbackup license from the Jetbackup store. 

  2. At first, login to your server via SSH using root. 

  3. Run the below commands to install Jetbackup.

    yum install http://repo.jetlicense.com/centOS/jetapps-repo-latest.rpm
    yum clean all --enablerepo=jetapps*
    yum install jetapps --disablerepo=* --enablerepo=jetapps
  4. Run the below command to install the stable version of JetBackup. 

    jetapps --install jetbackup stable
  5. Login to your WHM Panel. 

  6. Go to the Home > Plugins > JetBackup

  7. Accept the End User License Agreement (EULA). 

  8. Go for the fresh installation. 

  9. Choose a version to install & Approve the installation.
