How to get SPF, DKIM and PTR Record for Email Deliverability from cPanel?

Email Deliverability is a useful cPanel feature to prevent your emails from being marked as spam or blocked. You can simply manage your SPF, DKIM and PTR Records within this feature. As we know, SPF validates your emails to receivers mail servers. DKIM uses the domain keys to authorize your emails. Once you add SPF and DKIM Records for your Domains, it will prevent the email from being delivered to the recipient spam box as well.

Following are the steps to access Email Deliverability on cPanel.

  1. Login to your cPanel account.

  2. Go to the Email section and click on Email Deliverability Icon.





  3. Email Deliverability Status will show you that your existing SPF and DKIM are valid or not. If it shows the Problem Exist, you can click on the manage button and correct the records. Repair option will repair the invalid records of your Domain.



  4. Once you click on Manage Button it will take you to another page. Here, you can add the domains spf and dkim and ptr records by clicking on the Install Suggested Record button and copy them to your DNS.
